your folder enviroment looks like Exactly the same situation in my case. Try a little,and....Thanks, this works for me. Finally, i can get my Android run on my XP laptop computer. i knew it's old. but it runs well, only a little slower.
Try so many solutions from various websites: (including in Eclipse setting up Preferences->Windows->Run/Debug->String Substitution->new variable->ANDROID_SDK_HOME:D:\Documents and Settings\Admin), but with no luck, Try to use mklink "C:\%USERPROFILE%\\.android" "D:\\" But in XP it don't understand this mklink Win 7 command. Only Your Solution Works, and easy, SO THANK U Again.
